materials management with having, or not having, spare parts on hand.

little attention to the preservation and maintenance of the spare
parts that they hold in stock.

influence that materials management actually has on reliability. The

Reduction Boot Camp
The Inventory Reduction Boot Camp gets your team into shape to undertake
a comprehensive inventory reduction program. The
boot camp involves an intensive 4-day education and application workshop
during which your team learn and begin to apply the Inventory Process
Optimization™
Method. At the conclusion of this workshop your team will have
identified immediate inventory reductions and developed a plan for
further development of your inventory principles, policies, measures and
reporting.
This workshop involves training in the
Inventory Process Optimization™
Method
and use of the ICR® Implementation Software.
To
prepare your team we hold a pre boot camp webinar 2-3 weeks before the
main workshop to pin point the areas that the workshop should focus on.
The main event is a four day workshop where participants walk away with
all they need to know to achieve a new levels of materials and spare
parts management performance. We then provide a follow up webinar 3-4 weeks after, to address any
questions or issues that arise once back in the workplace.
