Assisted Implementation

As the name suggests, in an Assisted Implementation program we help your team to identify and roll out the actions required to improve your results. All programs are tailored to suit your specific needs. We train your team and work with them in identifying both improvements and the actions required to modify your inventory principles, policies, measures and reporting.

The Assisted Implementation program is the ideal follow up to a Snapshot Review or if you know specifically what is required and just need additional support to train and help with the culture change required for lasting success.

Blast Off!

If the Assisted Implementation approach does not suit you then maybe our Blast Off! service is what you need. Our Blast Off! service is an intensive 5-day education and application workshop that can also involve post training support. At the conclusion of this workshop your team will have commenced the application of key actions and developed a plan for further development of your inventory principles, policies, measures and reporting.

Note that the Blast Off! program requires many of your team to be available for the full 5 days.
