What is it?
An opportunity for you to obtain a FREE
report on your spare parts management practices. Discover and
understand the strengths and weaknesses in your company's approach to
materials and spare parts management.
The survey is simple.
We have a matrix of management practices that covers five key areas of
materials and spare parts management. The matrix includes 25 separate
elements and each element has four levels of response.
The survey is an extract
from our Materials and Spare
Parts Management X-Ray Tool.
By participating in the survey we will,
together, build a profile of your current performance. Points are awarded for each response level
with 0 being the lowest and 3 the highest. The maximum score that can be
attained is 75 points. When completed we provide a series of charts and
tables for your own analysis and score your performance.
See below for
video on the 2009 survey.

How is it completed?
To keep the responses consistent the survey is conducted via
one-on-one interviews (usually over the phone) and using online tools so that we can
both simultaneously see the matrix of answers. It
should take about 45 minutes to complete.
What’s in it for you?
Within a few days of completion you will
receive a FREE customized report showing where you stand in the performance
matrix and identifying where your company needs to act to improve
performance.
When the full survey is complete you get a
copy of the comprehensive survey report that will identify trends and issues
across all participants.
Confidentiality Assured
Please note that your information will be
completely confidential - at no time will your company name be used in
conjunction with the information, except in the individual report sent back
to you.
